About the role
The General Manager Resolutions plays a pivotal leadership position within the TAC responsible for driving the Resolutions Group to deliver efficient just and cost-effective outcomes for our clients.
As the General Manager Resolutions you will oversee common law resolution legal operations complaints informal reviews and the engagement of medical practitioners ensuring fair and sustainable compensation processes. With a high degree of external stakeholder engagement you will champion innovative dispute resolution strategies enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the TACs strategy.
About the Team
The Resolutions Group is a dynamic multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional legal compensation and dispute resolution services. Working with the broader Clients areas the team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders including the Executive Leadership Team and external partners such as legal professionals medical examiners and government bodies. Guided by the TACs values and focused on our strategy the team thrives in a fast paced client-focused environment committed to driving positive outcomes for clients and the community whist ensuring scheme sustainability.
What were looking for
Enterprise-Wide Strategic Thinking
Demonstrated ability to identify trends anticipate challenges and align the Resolutions Groups operational plans with TACs corporate strategy. Your systems thinking approach will enhance scheme sustainability and drive impactful change across the Clients division.
Analytical Acumen
Ability to utilise critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyse complex legal compensation and actuarial issues. Your ability to provide insightful advice to the TAC ELT on risk management and performance metrics will ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including legal and government partners to facilitate strategic priorities. You have excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic leadership style which will inspire multidisciplinary teams fostering a high performance culture rooted in collaboration courage and accountability.
