What you can expect
This role is part of thePGIM Product Marketing team focused on developing and maintaining marketing content supporting PGIMsalternatives product suite across Real Estate and Private Credit. It plays a key role in drivingbusiness development effortsby delivering best-in-class presentations and product marketing materials that highlight our investment capabilities. The position also involves close collaboration withBusiness DevelopmentandPortfolio Managementteams to ensure alignment and impact.
This role is based inNewark New Jersey where the team follows ahybrid schedule working on-sitethree days per week.
7 years of experience in the financial services industry with a strong understanding of financial markets investment products and key industry concepts
Product marketing experience in alternative investments such as real estate or private credit
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and Word with advanced formatting skills to create polished data-driven presentations and reports
Skilled in crafting presentations that convey a clear visually engaging story align with brand standards and accurately reflect data
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management
Prior management and leadership experience is a plus
High degree of professionalism excellent work ethic and solutions-oriented mindset
Self-motivated team player who takes pride in their work
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Enthusiasm initiative curiosity and eagerness to learn

Note: Prudential is required by state-specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $120000 $145000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
