As aSr. Associate I Field Technical Service Engineeringsupporting ourEngineering function you will be trusted to ensure Alcon surgical equipment performs optimally at customer sites and demo locations. Based inBucarest you will play a critical role in maintaining equipment performance driving customer satisfaction and supporting innovation. Please note that this role requires to travel/drive all over the country according to the business needs.
In this role a typical day will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to troubleshoot diagnose and repair Alcon surgical equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance installations and upgrades in line with company standards.
- Managing your daily schedule and communications with customers dispatch and internal teams.
- Documenting service activities and escalating complex issues to engineering teams.
- Supporting compliance by strictly following SOPs and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
- Degree in Engineering Science or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in field service engineering or technical support roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Commitment to quality compliance and continuous learning.
