Machine Operator
Location: Wigton (rural)
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: Experience Dependent
Hours: 6am-2pm Monday-Thursday & 6am-1pm Friday

- Set up operate and monitor the machine
- Ensure all materials meet company quality and production standards
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
- Monitor thread and fabric usage loading materials as needed
- Work collaboratively with the wider production team
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Previous experience operating machinery is highly desirable
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness
- Mechanically minded with the ability to spot and fix minor issues
- Reliable punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
