We have an opportunity for a Housing Officer to become part of a unique and important customer facing service within our Communities Team.

The Role

You will join a team who strive to sustain tenancies and create Sustainable Communities by proactively addressing Anti-Social Behaviour and promoting community cohesion by running and developing effective community events activities and initiatives.

About You

Were looking for a good communicator with the ability to adapt your communication style tosuit individual needs. You may have experience of housing management; however your attitude values and behaviours are just as important and you may be able to demonstrate the transferable skills were looking for.

Our customers are diverse and can be vulnerable the role can be very challenging so you will need to have a flexible caring understanding proactive and positive approach.

This post requires that the job holder is subject to a DBS check at Enhanced level.

You are also required to hold a current valid driving licence and have access to an appropriately insured vehicle.
