Are you ready to lead inspire and make a meaningful impact in early childhood education Busy Bees at Doncaster East is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our vibrant team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
Lead the development implementation and evaluation of engaging educational programs
Mentor and support your team of educators fostering a positive and collaborative culture
Build respectful lasting relationships with children families and the community
Maintain compliance documentation and contribute to continuous improvement goals
Champion the EYLF NQS and centre values in your everyday practice
Work closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to ensure a high-quality learning environment
What Youll Need
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a diploma-qualified position
VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
Current First Aid CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
In-depth knowledge of EYLF NQS and early childhood frameworks
Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
A passion for guiding and inspiring others in a supportive team setting
