About the Role:
Were looking for a friendly organized and compassionate Client Care Specialist to be the welcoming face of our small animal veterinary clinic. This is a part-time position with flexible hoursperfect for someone seeking work-life balance including parents students or those re-entering the workforce.
Youll play a key role in creating a warm professional experience for our clients and their pets while supporting a team that values collaboration kindness and holistic care.
What Youll Do:
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones schedule appointments and manage client communications
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks
- Help maintain a calm welcoming front desk environment
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
- A calm compassionate demeanorespecially under pressure
