Painter Apprentice Kickstart Your Career in Automotive Repair
Location: Dearborn MI
Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $16/hr.
What Youll Be Doing:
Were looking for a hands-on motivated individual to join our body shop crew! As a Painter Apprentice youll support the repair and maintenance of vehicles prepping cleaning painting and making sure everything runs smoothly. Youll be working side-by-side with experienced technicians wholl help you sharpen your skills and grow in the trade.
Your daily to-do list:
- Prep vehicles for repair (think: disassembly cleaning organizing)
- Help with fixing and replacing damaged parts.
- Sand and prep surfaces for painting
- Assist in painting and finishing work.
- Keep the shop and tools clean and ready to go.
- Follow safety guidelines like a pro.
What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
Some experience in a body shop or auto repair setting (a plus not a must)
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Solid communication and people skills
Physically able to lift heavy objects and stay on your feet for long stretches
