What Were Looking For:
Are you a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst ready to empower students and schools Heres what youll need to join our team:
Education: Masters degree or higher in Behavior Analysis or equivalent.
Licensure: Board Certified Behavior Analyst license granted by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
Language Proficiency: Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
Your Role:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst youll play a critical role in helping students overcome behavioral challenges and achieve success in their educational settings. Heres how youll contribute:
- Communicate Findings: Share assessment results with parents educators and multidisciplinary teams fostering collaborative and compassionate communication.
- Develop Interventions: Collaborate with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team to design evidence-based interventions that enhance student behavior performance and access to education.
- Provide Supervision: Deliver therapy services directly or oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and IEP goals.
- Monitor Progress: Collect analyze and document data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Support Teams: Participate in IEP meetings parent-teacher conferences and school-wide discussions to advocate for students needs and strengthen special education programs.
