Job Description

Overview:
Our client is seeking two reliable hands-on Operations Clerks to assist with an upcoming office relocation project in Chicago. This is a physically demanding short-term contract role involving packing moving organizing and tracking office assets. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in mailroom inventory or facilities support and must be comfortable lifting up to 45 lbs.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to support a high-priority corporate move with immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack and organize office equipment supplies and files

  • Move boxes (up to 50/day) and assist with furniture relocation

  • Coordinate shredding and office setup activities

  • Track assets and materials using Excel or similar inventory tools

  • Work closely with onsite leadership during all phases of the move

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1 year of experience in a mailroom inventory or moving-related role

  • Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items (up to 45 lbs)

  • Familiar with basic Excel or other inventory-tracking tools

  • Reliable adaptable and team-oriented

Additional Details:

  • Fully on-site in Chicago; offices are located approximately one mile apart

  • Urgent need candidates must be able to start immediately
