Requirement description :
- 2 years recent PT experience - REQUIRED
- Must have 2 years of Ortho experience - REQUIRED
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

- Resume (Ortho experience listed under each facility where they have the specific experience)
- 2 supervisory references (1 from within 6 months and 1 from the last 12 months)
- Skills Checklist
- PT license
- Certifications required to be active at time of submission

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Maryland
