Learn more at this position the Manager Global Real World Evidence (Oncology) will support strategy development and execution of industry leading RWE capabilities across the Janssen Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO). The Manager Global RWE (Oncology) will report directly to the Senior Director Global RWE and partner closely with RWE Researchers and Programmers in the GRWE Analytic Hub to optimize our global go-to-market launch planning strategies through innovative and highly strategic decisions and investments using RWE.

Major responsibilities will include conducting evidence generation and dissemination activities in support of pipeline and marketed products or indications within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines Oncology Franchise. The individual will also contribute to strategy development in assigned areas of responsibility and work in close collaboration with the respective cross-functional teams to support medical adoption and market access for our products.

This position also supports key partnerships within GCDS verticals and with cross-functional and regional partners from Global Medical Affairs Global Market Access Global Marketing Global Epidemiology J&J Technology Data Sciences Janssen R&D Data Science reginal medical affairs evidence generation functions and others.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is between $115000 and $197800 USD

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance.
