Projects Operations Manager Security Integration
Hybrid London (Office/Site 2x Weekly)
50000 to 60000 Basic Salary
Are you a confident leader with a background in security systems integration and a passion for delivering operational excellence across projects
Were representing a growing and well-respected integrator who are looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee and assure the quality of UK-wide installations. This is a hybrid role with two days a week in London (split between the West London office and project sites).
The Opportunity
Youll take ownership of project delivery performance across a team of four experienced Project Managers. While the PMs focus on the day-to-day youll be ensuring that every job meets quality safety and client satisfaction expectations. Your role will be hands-on when needed regularly visiting sites across London and providing guidance structure and senior oversight.
What Youll Be Doing
Overseeing the delivery and quality assurance of all UK projects
Line management of 4 Project Managers
Supporting with project planning resource allocation and risk management
Ensuring consistent delivery across large-scale complex integrations
Attending project sites across London (weekly)
Working closely with internal departments to drive continuous improvement
Acting as a senior point of contact for client and stakeholder queries
Systems & Environments:
Lenel Genetec Gallagher Milestone Avigilon Axis delivering large-scale IP networked CCTV and access control systems.
About You
Strong background in project or operations management within the security integration space
Deep understanding of systems including Lenel Genetec Gallagher Milestone Avigilon Axis
Comfortable managing PMs and guiding them through complex project environments
Excellent communicator with a keen eye for quality safety and delivery
Based within a commutable distance to London and happy to be in office/site twice a week
