worker is being sought for the position of Technical Director Nutraceutical Business Development to be responsible for spearheading the expansion and enhancement of the Ceolus product portfolio within the nutraceutical industry including driving strategic initiatives to develop new and existing business relationships with a focus on excipients and specialized nutraceutical ingredients. Specifically:
Proactively identify new sales opportunities and nurture existing customer relationships to boost sales increase profit margins and foster customer loyalty for the Ceolus product line within both the US and Latin America markets.
Evaluate customer requirements and anticipate needs prioritizing exceptional service and satisfaction. Actively pursue leads and opportunities where Ceolus can deliver significant value to customers.
Assist in the creation and formulation of the business strategy bringing a high level of technical expertise and market insight to the process.
Conduct PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) during and after the execution of the strategy to ensure constant evaluation and refinement of the business approach ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all accounts keeping meticulous account profiles for designated key accounts to optimize engagement strategies.
Ensure the Senior Advisor is kept fully informed of activities and outcomes by providing regular reports such as weekly or monthly work plans and maintaining updates within the CRM system such as Salesforce.
Provide accurate pricing credit terms and sales contracts for orders and process orders efficiently referencing current price lists and product literature for accurate information.
Fully understand and comply with pharmaceutical and food industry regulations.
Provide leadership and direction to the subordinate ensuring their tasks and objectives are aligned with departmental and organizational goals. Facilitate their professional growth through effective coaching and mentorship.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Advisor FAD
Telecommuting permitted; job duties can be performed from any State in which company is registered to conduct business: California Delaware Michigan New Jersey New York Pennsylvania Tennessee and Texas.
2. Annual wages from $162000.00 to $182000.00
3. This worker will directly supervise Sales Representatives.
4. This position requires a Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy Biochemical Engineering Chemical Engineering Chemistry Biochemistry Biology or a related scientific field (foreign equivalent accepted) and three (3) years / 36 months of experience in either sales experience or customer technical service within nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry or related field and the following skills / tools:
Nutritional and/or Pharmaceutical formulations with practical lab application and coating experience
PC usage
Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and OneNote.
Experience with ERP systems and sales reporting tools such as Salesforce NAVISION or equivalent platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects
Cross-Cultural training
Ability to demonstrate interpersonal facilitation account development negotiation and communication (written and verbal forms)

5. The role involves considerable travel to fulfill sales objectives while maintaining robust working relationships with operational functions.
Domestic Travel: The role primarily involves travel within the US and Canada. Additionally travel to Latin American countries particularly Central America will be as needed based on business requirements and strategic objectives. Domestic Travel: 25%--50% of time.
International Travel: International travel may be required constituting up to 10% of overall travel.
