Actuaries at Prudential partner with groups such as marketing sales underwriting and investments to create new insurance annuity retirement and investment addition to roles in traditional actuarial areas our actuaries also work in finance investment asset management and marketing. This presents a unique opportunity for our actuaries to move around the organization and develop their careers with a variety of different teams.
Internship Summary:
Prudential is seeking motivated and goal-orientated interns to join our team. Our summer internship program spans approximately 10 weeks offering you a valuable opportunity to work on impactful projects where you can demonstrate your skills and talents.

We offer opportunities to return as an intern or transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the program.
Timeline:
Program Dates: Monday June 1st 2026 Friday August 7th 2026
Application Deadline: Friday September 26th 2025 (We review applications on a rolling basis and reserve the right to close earlier based on volume or role availability.)
PGIM Investment Professional internship and full-time analyst applications open Tuesday July 1st 2025. All other role types open on or after Monday August 4th 2025. You may apply for up to three roles per recruitment season.

Pricing and Product Development

What youll need:
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating between December 2026 and May 2028
Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration
Itd be a plus if you had:
Preferred majors include Actuarial Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or other relevant math-focused major
Preferred 3.2 GPA and above
Strong written oral communication and interpersonal skills
Intellectually curious and open to change
Knowledge of modeling packages programming languages and spreadsheet/database software preferred
Passage of one or more Society of Actuaries exams preferred

Note: The salary range for this role is $32.00 to $37.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
