THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
As a Porter youll be the first touchpoint for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our communitieshelping create an inviting atmosphere for residents and guests.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Daily Cleanliness: Maintain common areas lobbies hallways and amenities to the highest standard.
Light Maintenance: Assist with basic maintenance tasks like painting minor repairs and unit turnover support.
Groundskeeping: Keep outdoor spaces neat and ensure trash is managed efficiently.
Resident Support: Provide friendly assistance to residents and support the maintenance team as needed.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Detail-oriented reliable and team-oriented.
Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
