Our teams build solutions for joint reconstruction; trauma and craniomaxillofacial; sports extremities and elective foot and ankle; spine; and robotics and digital surgery.
You will be responsible for:
- Clinical expertise & selling of technology as part of the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Value Proposition to include the VELYS Robotic Assisted Solution and VELYS Hip Navigation
- Provide product demonstrations evaluations and assist with first cases for both VELYS Robotic Assisted Solution and VELYS Hip Navigation
- Assist the entire digital surgery offering within the territory and collaborate with the digital surgery sales managers reporting to this role to carry out the business plans with respect to robotics navigation and surgical automation
- Work closely with the geographically aligned joint recon sales team to carry out overall business goals
- Work with the clinical team on proper launch cadence for robotics utilizing the LEEP launch excellence process
Leadership

- Ability to build credibility with surgeons and KOLs
- Ability to successfully work within a matrix organizational environment demonstrate an enterprise mindset and influence/deliver results without direct authority
- Ability to successfully contribute to cross functional projects and achieve goals
- Must adhere to the highest standards of professionalism ethics and compliance and actively support our compliance program-related initiatives programs trainings and activities
- Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to Johnson & Johnson MedTech business activities and Policies and Procedures of the Health Care Compliance Program and Johnson and Johnson Business Code of Conduct
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $94000 to $151800.
This position is eligible for a car allowance through the Companys Fleet program.
The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance.
Employees may be eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
- Vacation up to 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay including Floating Holidays up to 13 days per calendar year
- Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Qualifications / Requirements:
- BA/BS
- Minimum of 3 years of medical device experience in sales or clinical applications
- Experience with clinically selling medical technology is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedics total joints preferred
- The ability to travel 75%
- Strong presentation skills
