Job Description
Description of the role:
Lantern Crest Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our team in Santee CA. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment training performance management and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other related experience.
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR and payroll systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
