Sr Associate HCP Marketing - IgG4-RD (Rare Disease)
What you will do
The UPLIZNA (IgG4-RD indication) HCP Associate Marketing Manager will have primary responsibility for developing and maintaining healthcare professional promotional branded disease-state and unbranded marketing content. This individual will work as part of the UPLIZNA IgG4-RD HCP marketing team ensuring that approved content is created to support sales team needs. The marketing manager will work with multiple internal groups including medical marketing access and reimbursement broader UPLIZNA marketing training compliance medical affairs legal regulatory sales and the MAC review team.
Develop and maintain promotional branded disease-state and unbranded content
Oversee third-party vendors in development of materials (agency day-to-day)
Responsible for project management for specific marketing-led initiatives
Coordinate with sales team on field promotional messaging and needs
Monitoring project progress and adherence to timelines
Collaborate with Training team to facilitate materials roll-out
Facilitate meetings and ensure critical objectives reached
Own MAC process and MAC materials prioritization within IgG4-RD HCP

Basic Qualifications:
Masters degree
OR
Bachelors degree and 2 years of marketing experience
Or
Associates degree and 6 years of marketing experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
4 years biotech/pharmaceutical experience
2 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in any combination of the following areas: marketing; project management & planning; sales
6 years biopharmaceutical experience in marketing and large-scale project management
Strong leadership and ability to drive influence across stakeholders to set direction align work efforts and ensure flawless execution
Demonstrated ability to effectively produce business results
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Collaboration through work teams
Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
Working knowledge of Veeva

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant skills experience and qualifications.
