Service Appointment Coordinator
Location: Marshall MN 56258
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour overtime
About the Job
Join Kruse Ford as a Service Appointment Coordinator and be the first point of contact for our service customers. Youll provide friendly customer service schedule appointments and support daily dealership operations.
This role is responsible for supporting the overall operation of our dealership including valet parking guest services and administrative tasks. If you have a passion for hospitality a knack for delivering excellent customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment we encourage you to apply.
Service Appointment Coordinator Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and emails to schedule vehicle service appointments
Greet customers in person and provide excellent customer service by greeting and directing visitors answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
Manage daily service appointment calendar and coordinate with service advisors and technicians
Provide information on vehicle services repairs and dealership offerings
Assist with parking lot management and valet parking
Perform administrative tasks (data entry document filing appointment confirmations)
Support a clean organized and customer-friendly service department
Service Appointment Coordinator Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience preferred (automotive hospitality retail or similar)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles a plus
Bilingual skills a plus
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
Availability for MondayFriday day shifts (no weekends)
Service Appointment Coordinator Pay & Benefits
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour overtime
Schedule: Monday to Friday day shift (no weekends)
