Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorney
Location: Los Angeles CA
Salary: $150k - $190k

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our Los Angeles team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in handling a wide range of civil disputes including personal injury business litigation and insurance defense. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cases while collaborating with an experienced team of litigators.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of civil litigation from initial pleadings to trial and appeals.
- Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions and briefs.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts as well as arbitration and mediation.
- Develop litigation strategies and work closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members on complex case strategies and manage junior associates as necessary.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar.
- 4-7 years of experience in civil litigation preferably in personal injury construction defects insurance defense or business litigation.
- Strong legal research writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
