This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional client results in a fast-paced environment.
Position Highlights:
- Handle motor vehicle accident cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings discovery documents and compelling legal motions
- Represent clients in court conferences across the 5 Boroughs and Nassau County
- Conduct and defend depositions and EUOs
- Take an active role in jury selection and trial proceedings
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed and prepared
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a JD and is licensed to practice in New York
- Brings 39 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- Has courtroom presence and confidence in handling depositions
- Thrives in a team-oriented collaborative environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $130000 $200000
- Discretionary and origination bonuses
