Konovos solutions provide healthcare organisations with real time access to an extensive panel of health care professionals around the world. Our team of over 200 employees is spread across 25 U.S. states and five countries working together to support some of the largest organisations in the healthcare industry. Our clients include more than 300 leading global pharmaceutical medical device research agencies and consultancy firms.
As we continue to grow our healthcare professional panel base we are simultaneously expanding our customer platform offering. It is an exciting time to join Konovo and contribute to the identification and development of strategic recruitment opportunities through industry partnerships referrals and networking events. We are seeking a Growth Marketer EU who will focus on the expansion of our healthcare professional panel base across Europe the United Kingdom and Canada. This role is integral to the implementation of innovative strategies that will attract healthcare professionals (HCPs) and strengthen our high-quality research panel.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Take on a pivotal role in a growth marketing-focused position that directly influences Konovos growth in Europe.
- Enjoy the flexibility to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of recruitment initiativesand alignment with business objectives.
- Represent Konovo at conferences training sessions and networking events to enhance Konovos presence and build lasting professional relationships.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of growth campaignsand continuously refine outreach strategies.
- Work independently while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues across the EU and UK fostering teamwork while driving self-directed business development.
What Were Looking For
- BusinessFluency inSpanish Italian German or French in addition to business fluency in English.
- 5 years of experiencein recruitment business development healthcare engagement or market research.
- Demonstrated ability toresearch plan and execute recruitment initiatives particularly in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability toevaluate recruitment performance andoptimiseoutreach effortsaccordingly.
- Willingness totravel across the UK and Europeto support recruitment activities and attend industry events.
