Job Description

Join Eldercare as our Human Resources Administration Support Officer - where people and purpose come together!

Location:Eldercare Head Office at Eastwood

Type: Part Time (0.6 FTE)

About the Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic professional to be the welcoming face of our HR this dynamic role youll be the first point of contact for HR enquiries and play a key part in delivering responsive high-quality support across employment matters.

Reporting to the HR Team Leader youll collaborate with Recruitment Payroll Operational Services and our HR Consultancy Team to keep things running smoothly. Youll also have the chance to contribute to exciting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that make a real impact.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a fast learner with strong admin customer service and systems skills to grow in a supportive purpose-driven environment - where your work helps create a better experience for every team member.

What You Will Bring

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word Excel Publisher Powerpoint Project and Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience with administrative systems and procedures
  • Experience in creating and managing employee-related documentation including contracts and letters
  • Strong organisational planning and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in Multitasking HR processes simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to relate effectively to a wide range of people
  • Experience in compliance & Aged Care is advantageous but not essential
  • Great team player
