• Investments: A specialist asset manager that focuses on areas where we have both strength and scale to capitalise on the key themes shaping the market through either public markets or alternative asset classes.
  

About the Department

The Enterprise Applications team is dedicated to designing implementing and optimising enterprise solutions to support our business operations and goals. The team focuses on leveraging cloud technologies modern engineering practices and collaborative Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality scalable and secure applications and services.

About the Role

We are seeking an Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team where youll play a key role in designing implementing and optimizing enterprise solutions that support our core business operations. The ideal candidate will bring experience configuringOracle ERP and EPM Cloudproducts strong proficiency inMicrosoft Azure and practical knowledge ofGitHubAPI integrationsETL tools(such as ADF and Ab Initio) andIdentity and Access Management (IAM)includingSingle Sign-On (SSO). Experience with modern data platforms likeSnowflakeandMicrosoft Fabricis a strong advantage.

In this role youll apply these skills to buildsecure scalable cloud-native applicationson Azure developclean and maintainable code and contribute toCI/CDpipelines andtest automationinitiatives. Working within anAgile environment youll collaborate with developers designers and product managers to deliver high-quality technical solutions exploreAI-enhanced development toolssuch as GitHub Copilot and continuously expand your cloud engineering capabilities through hands-on learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design development and deployment of solutionsusing Oracle ERP (e.g. Financials Procurement Projects) and Oracle EPM (e.g. Planning Financial Consolidation).

• Support the development and maintenance of RESTful and SOAP APIsto integrate Oracle systems with internal and third-party applications.

• Help implement and manage IAM and SSO solutions(e.g. Entra ID Azure AD Okta Oracle Identity Cloud Service).

• Contribute to the design and management of cloud-native applications and infrastructureusing OCI or Azure.

• Utilize GitHub for source control code reviews branching strategies and CI/CD pipelinesunder the guidance of senior engineers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirementsand assist in translating them into scalable technical solutions.

• Monitor system performance conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actionswith support from senior engineers.

• Ensure compliance with security data governance and regulatory standards.

• Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams integration specs and deployment guides.

• Learn from and be mentored by senior engineers contributing to best practices and technical leadership within the team.

• Integration Cloud Experience -(OIC) ADF Abintio

• Cloud Platforms: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Azure

• Version Control & DevOps: GitHub Jenkins

• Programming/Scripting: SQL PL/SQL Java Python Shell scripting

• Data & Reporting Tools: Oracle Analytics Cloud Power BI Oracle BI Publisher

• Security & Compliance: OAuth2 SAML RBAC

• Monitoring & Logging: Oracle Management Cloud

• Agile Methodologies: Scrum Kanban ADO

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle certifications (e.g. Oracle EPM Cloud Certification)

• Experience withSnowflakefor cloud data warehousing and analytics

• Experience withMicrosoft Fabricfor unified data integration and business intelligence

• Exposure to financial systems and business process automation
