As an intergovernmental organisation EMBL advertises all job vacancies and recruits internationally through our Talent Acquisition Team. The volume of recruitment is relatively high for the size of our organisation due to our limited contract addition to core-funded positions we attract external funding for projects requiring us to recruit specialist and highly skilled staff for shorter periods of 2-3 years often at short notice.
We are looking for an experienced HR Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner who is interested in handling the full recruitment process at both an operational and strategic level and is excited by contributing to shaping and implementing effective recruitment strategies and activities within the organisation.You play a key role supporting and influencing the hiring decisions to ensure we support EDI remain competitive and an employer of choice.
Our HR TA team is split across two of our largest sites Heidelberg/Germany and Hinxton (near Cambridge)/UK. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition youll join a vibrant and diverse group who provide end-to-end support to our stakeholders. We truly value teamwork and in this role youll also have a valued voice within the wider HR team and our stakeholder groups alike.

Salary: Grade 5 (starting salary from 4.03102 EUR monthly after tax before 12% EMBL social security dedcutions)
