Healey Ford Lincoln is seeking an experienced and energetic candidate to join our parts Department. This employees key role will be Parts Specialist.
Details About This Position:
This position is a full-time hourly position based at our Healey Ford Lincoln location in Goshen NY. The schedule for this position is a daytime 8-hour shift with evenings and weekends as needed. Base weekly salary with weekly/monthly commission

What You Will Bring to the Table:
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus
- Ability to identify the problem quickly
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Strong reading computer and mathematics skills
- Ability to learn new technology
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills good phone skills
- Positive friendly attitude
- Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented have a professional appearance and a strong work ethic
- Prior use of the CDK dealership software is highly preferred
- The ability to work well with the public and balance multiple customers at a time is important.
What You Will Do:
- Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership.
- Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
- Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department
- Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer periodically and maintaining the necessary record-keeping.
- Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify precisely the correct part(s) for the make model and year of vehicles being serviced.
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
