Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven F&I/Sales Manager to join our team. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to lead the sales team while overseeing finance and insurance (F&I) operations maximizing dealership profitability and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the sales process from initial customer contact through deal close ensuring exceptional guest experience.
  • Train and mentor sales associates to develop product knowledge sales skills and compliance with company processes.
  • Support store leadership in staffing coaching and performance reviews.

Finance & Insurance (F&I):

  • Present financing and aftermarket product options to customers in a professional and transparent manner.
  • Secure financing approvals ensuring compliance with all federal state and local regulations.
  • Accurately prepare and review all F&I documents and contracts for thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Build relationships with lenders and maintain strong knowledge of available financing options.
  • Maximize dealership profitability through the sale of extended warranties protection plans and other value-added products.

Hybrid Leadership Role:

  • Act as a bridge between Sales and F&I supporting both departments for operational efficiency.
  • Provide backup support for the General Manager when needed.
  • Collaborate with the Service and Parts departments to ensure a positive customer journey.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 3 years of experience in RV automotive or powersports sales management or F&I management required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and finance performance goals.
  • Strong leadership communication and team development skills.
  • Knowledge of lending institutions credit applications and F&I compliance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record required.
