Position Overview:
As a Seasonal Currency Clerk you will play a key role in our Accounts Receivable team by processing picture package order envelopes scanning checks for electronic deposit and filing documentation to ensure accurate and timely recording of payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process currency received from schools by counting and preparing deposits.
- Scan checks for electronic bank deposits.
- Organize and file supporting receipt documentation and job tickets.
- Follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
- Support the Accounting department with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Google Suite preferred.
- Post offer background check and drug screen
