What Were Looking For
- Full-time or part-time veterinarian comfortable with surgery and dentistry.
- Flexible scheduling options availablefocus solely on surgery or split your time between surgery dentistry and general appointments. We also offer weekend-only roles for urgent care or preventative care coverage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time experienced base salary range: 150-180k. Commensurate with skillset experience schedule and your preferred pace.
- Earning potential on monthly no negative accrual bonus plan: up to $200k
- Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
- Relocation stipend
- Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment skillset and schedule commitment
