Whats the job
This dynamic hands-on role supports the full event lifecycle ensuring students staff and guests experience the best of what Torrens has to offer.
Youll be working closely with the National Events Manager to plan and deliver events that showcase our vibrant university culture and create lasting impact.

- Coordinate logistics for national events from venues and suppliers to staffing and guest management
- Support event delivery for graduations Open Days Orientation webinars and more
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Manage event tools databases RSVP systems and post-event evaluations
- Travel nationally to bring events to life and support onsite delivery
- Be a key contact for event stakeholders and ensure a premium experience every time

We Are Looking For:
Apart from being an energetic and positive individual we believe the new Campus Life Coordinator for our Sydney campus should have:
- 3 years experience in event coordination or support
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional organisation communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with tech at live events
- Willingness to work after hours and travel as needed
