Stamford Plaza Brisbane is currently seeking passionate and hardworking Commis Chefs to join our talented Kitchen Brigade on a casual basis.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will include preparing ingredients adhering to the restaurant menu and following food health and safety procedures.
- Cook clean assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment.
- Work may include operating a grill oven or fryer.
Requirements for the role:
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity
- Degree from internationally recognised culinary institution preferred
- Working knowledge of safe kitchen practices
- Knowledge in Food & Beverage & Kitchen regulations
