What Youll Be Doing:
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Make50 outbound calls per dayto engage prospects and reconnect with former clients
- Bookintro classes private sessions and consultationsto drive membership growth
- Clearly and enthusiastically communicate thebenefits of Pilates and membership options
- Confidently address objections andtailor your messageto each individuals needs
- Manage lead activity and conversion tracking inMindBody CRM
Client Onboarding & Retention
- Createwarm lasting first impressionsfor every new client
- Ensure new members feelcomfortable supported and welcomed
- Proactively monitor engagement andreach out to keep clients inspired and on track
- Buildstrong relationshipsthat lead to referrals and long-term loyalty
Studio Operations & Administrative Support
- Open and close the studio on weekendswith consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain aclean organized and inviting environmentthat reflects our brand values
- Supportlocal marketing efforts events and community partnerships
- Professionally managecalls emails and scheduling inquiries
What You Bring to the Team
- Sales-First Mindset:You love converting leads andexceeding goals
- Experience in Boutique Fitness:Pilates or group fitness knowledge is astrong plus
- Strong Communication:Confident on the phone polished in person and clear in writing
- Tech-Savvy:Comfortable withCRM tools(especially MindBody)
- Solutions-Oriented:Quick thinker with a focus ondelivering great client experiences
- People-Person:High energy approachable andgenuinely passionate about connection
- Weekend Availability:Must be availableSaturdays and Sundays from 7/8am2pm with flexibility for additional shifts
