Core Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers and prospective customers in-person over the phone and via email or live chat. Ask questions to identify their needs and interests and recommend vehicles from our pre-owned inventory.
  • Provide general information and schedule showroom appointments for phone and internet customers.
  • Work with guests in-person demonstrating vehicles that meet their wants and needs highlighting desirable features and technology and coordinate test drives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to overcome customer objections and effectively close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on current pre-owned inventory and vehicle features.
  • Track sales lead activity in the CRM regularly and follow-up with prospective customers to generate business.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team development initiatives.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • An outgoing and welcoming personality to create positive first impressions on customers and earn their trust.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service paired with confidence and the ability to engage with customers easily.
  • Prior experience in sales business development or customer service is a plus but we provide training!
  • Basic computer skills including typing/data entry and navigating various software platforms.
  • Quick to respond to inquiries and adapt to changing priorities.
  • General knowledge of various makes and models of vehicles is helpful.
  • A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

We are open Monday Saturday 8AM to 8PM. We encourage and support work-life balance with a 5-day workweek and Sundays off! When youre at work enjoy a friendly laid-back environment where you are part of a collaborative team!
