Ridgewood Animal Hospital in Forest Virginia is seeking a 4th doctor to join our team!

Who Were Looking For
- Full or Part-Time Veterinarian: Both new graduates seeking mentorship and experienced veterinarians are welcome.
- Schedule: Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with four 9-hour shifts per week and no on-call duties.

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time experienced veterinarian: $130-150k. Commensurate with skillset experience schedule and your preferred pace.
- Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly no negative accrual bonus plan. Earning potential 200k. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
- Relocation stipend
- Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment skillset and schedule commitment
