Job Description
Finance Implementation Team Analyst
A bachelors degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Finance Implementation Team Analyst performs analysis surrounding current and proposed processes for accounts receivable and researches industry-accepted best practice business processes. Documents current and future state maps standard operating procedures system configurations and other relevant information. Assists in the identification and implementation of process improvements and system optimizations.
This position collaborates with stakeholders to gather business requirements documents and assists Leads in translating them into functional requirements. Gains an understanding of current accounts receivable processes across UF software capabilities and software configuration settings including setting up financial structures chart of accounts accounting rules and financial in gap analysis to identify areas where customization or system enhancements are accuracy and integrity of financial data.
The incumbent participates in end-user and other stakeholder engagement and coordinates user acceptance testing. Assists in training end users and developingend user training materials as well as translating functional business requirements into reporting and technical design decisions. Supports end users immediately after system go-live.

A bachelors degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position must be proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with a large-scale ERP implementation is strongly preferred.
