Chef Jason Santos (of Buttermilk & Bourbon Citrus & Salt and Hells Kitchen fame) is opening Ghostlite Taverna bold new concept in Bostons theatre districtand were looking for an experience Executive Chef to help bring this vision to life.
About the Role:
Youll be the kitchen commander responsible for building and running a high-performance culinary team while collaborating with Chef Santos to develop a craveable chef-driven menu that brings tavern classics into the now. This is your chance to put your stamp on a brand-new restaurant from the ground up.
What Were Looking For:
- Executive Chef or CDC experience in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen
- Strong leadership chops and a cool head under pressure
- Creative drive sharp palate and a passion for bold comforting flavors
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations inventory and cost controls
- Ability to hire train and inspire a team
