Now Hiring: Full-Time Admissions Assistant
Location: Oak River Rehab Anderson California
Schedule: Friday through Monday (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Summary:
As an Admissions Assistant you will play a vital role in welcoming new residents and supporting the admissions process from start to finish. Youll work closely with our nursing administrative and social services teams to ensure a smooth transition for residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process new resident admissions
Communicate with hospitals families and referral sources
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Provide support and information to residents and families during the intake process
Assist with tours and general inquiries
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support residents needs
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous admissions administrative or healthcare experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compassionate and professional demeanor
Proficient in basic computer use and documentation
