Employment Type: Full Time
Position Type: Hourly
Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities
Team Lead duties include:
Oversee the shipping/receiving team and their productivity
Ensure cleaning standards are followed and warehouse is maintained at all times
Create a departmental schedule ensuring coverage to meet business needs
Inform management of team productivity and performance including documented performance or behavior matters/concerns
Provide regular coaching to employees allow the opportunity for feedback address poor behavior and follow performance management standards
Audit zones CODs log payments in spreadsheets ensure all parts and labels are accounted for and communicate with sellers on issues.
Ensure all parts are in the staging area before loading each route and ensure loading accuracy.
Investigate reconcile and report shortages mispulled parts and/or damages.
Audit SOP areas to ensure all SOP parts are received properly and received to the right invoices.
Dispatch the drivers to their assigned Havana routes including Ford Subaru Hyundai and Mazda. Verify parts research the system and verify delivery confirm signed copies are on file and audit the zone and confirm undelivered parts are scheduled for next delivery run.
Collect all paperwork from the drivers route and verify the system accurately reflects the status as delivered.
Confirm payment on delivery for all invoices.
Follow up with drivers wholesale team and Accounting to rectify any non payments. Update the system with collection and payment notes.
Requirements
Previous warehouse leadership experience is required.
