- Compliance to Syngene s quality standards always.
Role Accountabilities
- Manage complex calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel logistics (domestic and international)
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents
- Serve as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and facilitate leadership offsites town halls and strategic planning sessions
- Track action items and follow up on behalf of executives to ensure timely completion
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Support financial processes including expense reporting purchase orders and budget tracking
- Assist in project coordination and cross-functional initiatives
- Maintain filing systems and organizational records
- Provide backup support to other executive assistants as needed
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to support customer visits including scheduling logistics and hospitality to ensure a seamless experience
- Manage office and departmental supplies including monitoring inventory levels placing orders and liaising with vendors to ensure timely replenishment and cost-effectiveness
- Attend leadership-tier meetings capture minutes or key takeaways and support post-meeting follow-ups to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities

Specific requirements for this role
Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 8 years of experience supporting senior executives ideally in biotech pharma or R&D environments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams SharePoint)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Familiarity with Syngenes mission and values
Ability to work within a matrixed organization
Experience leading and participating in cross-functional and /or global teams
Effective communicator with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with strategic and tactical thinking
Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners at multiple levels.
Ability to manage prioritize and work cross functionally to influence behaviors and gain consensus
