About the Role:
The Employment Services Supervisor position is integral to SPIN by taking the leadership role in managing Employment Specialists to support a life of possibilities for individuals receiving Employment Services. The Supervisor will work closely with the Employment Specialists Job Coaches and other Employment Service managers to ensure best practices are being implemented in the job development and support process. The Supervisor will ensure that SPIN Employment Specialists and Job Coaches are effectively implementing best practices in supported employment into their work and are proving high quality services to all stakeholders.

The Supervisor will utilize strong leadership and organizational skills daily to coordinate staff activities and ensure program goals are met efficiently. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with team members community partners and fostering collaboration and trust. Problem-solving abilities are applied regularly to address operational challenges and client needs promptly. The use of data analysis and reporting skills supports informed decision-making and continuous program improvement. Additionally proficiency with technology enables the Supervisor to manage schedules track program metrics and facilitate virtual meetings or training sessions.
