About Us
TeamLogic IT is a fast-growing managed services provider (MSP) committed to delivering proactive secure and strategic IT solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Were looking for a skilled and customer-focused Level II Technician to join our team and help businesses thrive through technology.

What Youll Do
As a Level II Technician youll work closely with clients and internal teams to:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 support including:
    • Windows Server Active Directory DHCP/DNS
    • Office 365/Exchange Online administration
    • Network devices (firewalls switches routers)
    • Virtualization platforms (VMware Hyper-V)
  • Perform desktop migrations system upgrades and patch management
  • Configure and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Use PowerShell and other tools for automation and diagnostics
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
  • Participate in on-call rotation and scheduled on-site visits
  • Communicate clearly with clients and maintain high satisfaction scores
What You Bring
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support or MSP environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Windows Server and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with RMM tools ticketing systems and documentation platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network Microsoft Cisco) are a plus

Compensation: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
