Designated Medical is a fast growing full-service consultancy dedicated to supporting private healthcare clinics and practitioners. Our integrated services span CQC consultancy (registration and compliance) strategy marketing finance billing and medical PA & practice management. We are committed to empowering healthcare professionals with expert support across all aspects of clinical operations and providing an end-to-end service.
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive Apprentice to support the delivery of our marketing activities for our clients and Designated Medicals own marketing. You will work closely with all our internal teams to ensure the effective execution of digital and administrative marketing tasks that enhance the visibility and reputation of our clients and our own brand.
Responsibilities
- Website: Manage updates and content on company and client websites using CMS platforms (e.g WordPress).
- Social media: Assist in the creation scheduling and reporting of social media content across various platforms.
- Newsletters: Coordinate and support the production of email newsletters and client communications.
- Patient reviews: Collecting patient reviews via various platforms to enhance our clients reputation and drive lead generation and referrals.
- Databases: Maintain marketing databases (Zoho) Trello Project boards assets and collateral.
- Design: Assist with basic graphic design tasks using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Market research: Conduct market research to support marketing strategy development.
- Campaign execution: Support marketing campaign execution ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
What were looking for:
Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram etc).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite - training will be provided).
- Organised detail-focused and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude willing to go the extra mile for a client or a team member.
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare or professional services sectors.
- SEO or Google Analytics knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- 12 years experience in a medical PA marketing support role (ideally in a healthcare environment).
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
