Job Description
Introducing TechPoint
The Role
We are looking for a dependable and motivated IndustrialCleanerto join our team.They willmaintainhigh standardsof cleanliness and hygiene across ournewstate of the artfacility.You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations on the factory floorandthe officespace ensuring the smooth running ofoperationsmaintainingsafety standards and meeting production targets.
Responsibilities
- Operatecleaningmachinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Carry out manual handling tasks
- Clean designated areas includingworkshop flooroffices toilets kitchens corridors and communal areas
- Sweep vacuum mop dust and polish surfaces as
- Empty bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Refill supplies such as soap toilet paper and paper towels
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor
- Adhere to health & safety COSHH and infection control procedures
- Lock/unlock premises if
- Complete basic documentation or checks as
- Maintain external grounds & areas to ensure free of litter
- Undertake any seasonal duties as directed by supervisor
- Co-ordinate with external waste management provider to plan waste collections
About you
- Previousexperience in an industrial manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced hands-on environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of ateamandindependently
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Flexible withshift patterns and overtime when needed
- Previousexperience inan industrial manufacturing or warehouse environment
