You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Advanced Foster Care Case Manager supports children and young people in foster care by making sure they are safe stable and well. You will manage complex cases especially those involving disability and help plan for long-term care and permanency.
This role works closely with carers families and other professionals to get the best outcomes for each child. As a senior team member you will also mentor others share expert advice and help improve how services are delivered.
A strong understanding of trauma child development disability and the foster care system is essential for this role.

In addition to your base hourly rate (SCHADS Level 5) and super youll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as groceries bills clothing streaming services and much more.
