Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Operations (IO) / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the full spectrum of IO functions including Computer Network Operations (CNO) Electronic Warfare (EW) Psychological Operations (PSYOP) Military Deception (MILDEC) and Operations Security (OPSEC).
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IO strategies and plans to support mission objectives.
- Conduct detailed analysis and assessments of adversary information systems and capabilities.
- Integrate and synchronize IO activities with other operational functions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on the employment of IO capabilities.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of IO plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IO operations and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare and deliver briefings and reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Operations or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of CNO EW PSYOP MILDEC and OPSEC.
- Proven ability to develop and execute complex IO plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Joint and Coalition IO operations.
- Familiarity with emerging IO technologies and methodologies.
- Prior military or IC experience in an IO role.
