Kids R Kids of RTP is looking for experienced teachers to work in our 5 Star classrooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves educating toddlers and preschool-aged children implementing engaging lesson plans and promoting child welfare through effective behavior management strategies.
Duties
- Provide high-quality childcare in a safe and supportive environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their childs development behavior and any concerns that may arise.
- Foster positive relationships with children encouraging their social emotional and cognitive growth.
- Manage classroom behavior using effective strategies to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience within the private school setting.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques to support childrens needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children parents and colleagues.
- Experience in toddler care ensuring the well-being of young children in your care.
- Ability to educate young learners through engaging activities that promote literacy and overall development.
- Understanding of child welfare practices to ensure a safe learning environment for all students.
