Understanding of TOAST/ TEAMWORK

Coursing and Wine/Food Pairings

Coaching/Mentoring staff

Career driven with ambitions to grow within the company

Ability to write schedules

Understanding of multiple departments in the FOH

Management of beverage program; including ordering inventory staff training and wine list placements. Also
the ability to work with bartenders to create new drinks for our seasonally changing cocktail menu.

Enjoy collaboration with the management team to improve systems and solve problems

Salary: $60000 and up with performance based incentives

Compensation: $60000 - $65000 per year

Compensation: $60000.00 - $67000.00 per year
