Finance Manager Job Description
Securing Financing
- Assist customers in understanding financing options securing competitive rates and processing applications.
Negotiating
- Negotiate terms with lenders and customers making informed final decisions on offers.
Offering Products
- Recommend extended warranties aftermarket products and protection plans to meet lender requirements and mitigate financial risks.
Training
- Educate salespeople on department offerings and benefits.
- Train administrative personnel on assembling funding packages.
Monitoring
- Review credit applications reports and lender responses.
- Monitor performance and provide progress reports.
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems.
Other Responsibilities
- Advise customers on special sales and offers.
- Persuade customers to purchase add-ons.
- Assist in moving old inventory.

Pay: Starting at $750.00 per week plus commission
