What Youll Do
As a Sales Representative you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identifying new business opportunities through research networking and outreach.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients referral sources and industry partners.
- Presenting and promoting our services to potential clients tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Tracking and analyzing sales performance to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing Operations and Management) to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Staying up to date on industry trends market developments and competitor activities.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking a motivated sales professional with:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative preferably in healthcare home care or a related field.
- Strong sales skills including prospecting negotiation and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients.
- A proactive self-driven approach with a commitment to achieving results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
